Payment Terms:-

Upon receiving your order and we take an advance payment through various channels and then we supply the goods or in some cases, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of items are as accurate as possible.


  • We take between 5-10 working days to deliver your ordered merchandise from the time you place the order on our site dmakindia.com.
  • On the placement of an order, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order number, tracking number, etc. Once your order has been shipped from our end, we shall track the order until delivery.
  • Before dispatching the product, we also do a quality check on the merchandise and then ship as per your order and destination.
  • We ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse.
  • The goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and within 10 working days for all deliveries outside India.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship your order through reliable courier service providers only.

Shipment Delays:-

  • There might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc. refund or returns will be entertained during such times. However, exchange or replacement options will be available for this.
  • Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality, we promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
  • We work towards shipping your order within 4 working days from the date of order placed within India. However in some cases, depending on stock availability the duration for shipping the order may take longer and this will be intimated to you through telephone or email.
  • While we endeavor to ship all items under a single order at one time, at times due to the unavailability of some products, we may need to ship the order in parts. Should this case arise, information regarding the same will be shared with you through telephone or email. Please note that dmakenergia.com has the right to cancel any order if in case there is any mistake with the order like wrong pricing, product interchange, etc.. In such cases, the entire amount paid by the customer shall be refunded by dmakenergia.com within the refund timelines mentioned in our cancellation and refund policy.
  • We dispatch our product in the best possible packaging. While accepting the delivery, if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse delivery of the package and inform us through an email – dmakenergia@gmail.com (Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm) mentioning your order reference number and Name.
  • We will put in our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note that all items will be shipped to the shipping address mentioned in your order with an invoice mentioning the price, as per the Indian Tax Regulations.
  • To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.
  • The entire process takes about 5-7 business days. Thank you for co-operation and patience.
  • In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
  • Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case your location supports reverse pickup, we shall be arranging a reverse pickup of the products from your location free of cost; if the product is damaged, for Replacement or Exchange.
  • In case reverse pickup is not possible from your location, we will request you to send the products to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount to the maximum of Rs 80/Kg per product or courier receipt amount whichever is lesser.
  • Free pick up will not be provided if the product is returned due to disliking or any other issues, charges would be applicable as - Local Rs 40 Zonal, Rs 65 National and Rs 90 per 500 grams of shipment weight.
  • You just need to pack the products properly and hand over the packet with our address mentioned in RMA to the courier person who we will arrange to come to your doorsteps. Please retain the receipt/POD given by courier personal.
  • Refund shall be initiated once the products reach back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.
  • We hold the right to refuse orders in case customer is found to be returning too many orders to earn cash back discounts/credit card points OR found to be involved in any other fraudulent activity. We hold the right to cancel the order placed by the customer OR refuse the return request in case the customer has returned too many orders.
  • In Case the product is lost in transit, a refund will only initiate after an investigation is completed or 30 Days of Dispatch date whichever is earlier.

NOTE: Products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used cannot be returned.

  • The Refund will be process through same online mode in case of prepaid order.
  • During the duration of 2 years warranty, if the product stopped working then in that case you need to send us the light to our service center located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat through courier.
  • Once the service center receive the product, it will be dispatched within 7 working days. Charges for single side (from customer location to service center location) will be paid by customer and for other side, it will be paid by company.

  • If you wish to cancel your order which is placed on www.dmakindia.com, please write to us at dmakenergia@gmail.com and our Order Fulfillment Team will help you cancel the order.
  • If you have paid through credit /debit card, and requested for canceling the order the amount should reflect in your account in 10 to 15 (business) days. In case you do not receive the refund within 15 (business) days, please contact your bank's customer care.
  • Please send your faulty lights to our address mentioned below. Don't forget to send invoice copy along with faulty products.
  • While sending faulty product, please mention your Contact Number along with address on the courier. We will not be able to return the product without Contact Number and in that case Parcel lost will be sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • The courier charge shall be bared by Customer for One Way. Other side of replaced material courier charge shall be bared by Company.
  • Receiving of material at Factory update shall be available on Mo. 7043034626.
  • Company will not be responsible for any courier damage or late delivery.
  • NOTE: Before sending faulty product, make sure that it covers under warranty. In case material doesn't compliance with warranty policy then Company will not be liable to return/replace that material.
